This notice describes how FIRST SIGNAL LLC, operating as FirstSignal, handles information in connection with this website and inquiries you choose to send us. It does not describe every data-processing arrangement that may apply to a separately contracted research service.

If you email us, we receive the information you include, which may contain your name, email address, company, industry, territory, and business requirements. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, patient information, or confidential third-party information through the website inquiry tool.
How the inquiry tool works
The inquiry tool prepares text in your browser. It does not submit the form to FirstSignal or save its contents to a website database. Selecting “Open email app” asks your device to open an email draft. You must review and send that email yourself. Copying or downloading the message also does not send it to us.
Your email provider processes your message when you use its service. Our designated inquiry inbox uses Gmail. Email services operate under their own privacy and security terms.
Technical information and cookies
This website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or website-controlled cookies or local storage. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than requested from third-party font or image services.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Hosting on Cloudflare is subject to its applicable practices, described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. A preview hosted on another platform is subject to that platform’s hosting practices.
How we use inquiry information
